Job Description:
As a Packer/Assembler, you will play a vital role in our production process. Your responsibilities will include tasks such as removing products from the overhead conveyor line, assembling plastic scoops, creating cardboard cartons, stacking pallets, inserting cradles into products, and ensuring high-quality packaging. We are looking for candidates who can produce exceptional work, demonstrate enthusiasm, and are eager to embark on a stable career path while acquiring valuable skills.
Requirements:
- Motivated Work Ethic: Strive to meet or exceed production goals.
- Energetic and Enthusiastic: Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Identify and report non-conforming products or work.
- Equipment Operation:*Operate various machines including riveting machines, pallet lifts, taping machines, glue machines, and more.
- Safety Conscious: Follow all safety rules and maintain a tidy work area.
- Continuous Learning: Participate in required training and cross-training events.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime and perform additional duties as assigned.
